General Terms and Conditions

1. TERMS OF PURCHASE

These conditions apply to the purchase and use of our e-commerce at www.shopbientot.com and constitute an agreement between you and Sebastian Bergström Interiors AB. The buyer is obliged to take note of the conditions before purchase and accepts them when ordering. These terms and conditions and disputes related to the use of shopbientot.com or purchases on the website are governed by Swedish law. Bientôt reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, and by completing your purchase you accept them.

2. RIGHTS

All rights, including copyright, to shopbientot.com belong to Sebastian Bergström Interiors AB. Use of website content for personal use is okay. In the case of commercial use, such as print, blog, social media or the like, it is okay if a reference with the correct name of the shop is included and a link to shopbientot.com or printed Instagram name. Correct Instagram name is @shopbientot. Use of the content must be for the purpose of inspiration and be in a positive spirit. Any other use requires written permission. Contact hello @shopbientot.com . If this is not followed, Sebastian Bergström Interiors AB reserves the right to charge a fee.

3. ORDER

You must be 18 years of age to make a purchase on shopbientot.com. Before payment, you can review and change your order. You are bound when you accept the conditions at checkout. The order is confirmed when Bientôt receives it. A digital order confirmation is sent to your email and a delivery confirmation when the order is sent.

Bientôt sells both goods in stock and goods made to order. We reserve the right to cancel delivery in the event of an incorrect stock level. All product information is subject to change and we reserve the right to change information on the website.

4. PRICE MATCHING

If you find a lower price on a product at another store, we can price match. We match the price if the product has the same design and delivery option, including shipping. The price match only applies if the product is sold by an authorized retailer and is not part of a sale or clearance sale. Contact hello @shopbientot.com.

5. SAMPLE SALE

During the Sample Sale, we sell exhibition samples and products that have been discontinued or should not be in stock. Any defects are listed in the product description and it is the buyer's responsibility to read this information before purchase. The shipping cost for Sample Sale items is based on size and weight and is indicated at checkout. When using the right of withdrawal, return shipping and an administrative fee of SEK 495 will be added.

6. PAYMENT

Prices on shopbientot.com are stated in SEK. We reserve the right to update prices if necessary. We are not responsible for currency changes or exchange rates when paying in another currency. Prices within the EU include VAT, while prices outside the EU are shown without VAT.

When ordering, you can pay by card or via Klarna (invoice, partial payment, direct payment or Swish). For Klarna payment, their terms and conditions apply, which you can find at www.klarna.com /se /terms/ .

7. DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Your order is processed and shipped within 1 week. As shopbientot.com and the physical store Bientôt are only run by one person, the delivery time is therefore slightly longer. The majority of orders are processed within 1-4 days.

If a delivery is delayed or cannot be sent due to stock balance or other reasons, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The customer may then cancel the order if desired and be refunded at no extra cost. Does not apply to ordered goods.

The shipping cost is stated in SEK. Shipping can be seen at checkout and is based on weight. If packages are not picked up at the post office, the customer is charged for the cost of return shipping and administrative costs.

Bientôt can send your order in recycled packaging, to reduce the waste of cartons and packaging. It may be about cartons we received in deliveries of goods, which we then use again. It's not about how the package looks, it's the content that counts.

If you notice when unpacking your order that something is missing or that something is damaged, you must contact hello @shopbientot.com within 3 days with the order number and shipping ID from the shipment and attach photos of the damaged goods, if this is the case.

7.1. RETURN

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, against a valid receipt. The product must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging and with all labeling and documentation intact. The customer is responsible for the return shipping of SEK 95. Free return in store. Contact hello @shopbientot.com to make a return.

8. COMPLAINT

If you discover a production fault, you can complain about the product against valid payment documents. Damage caused by wear and tear is not considered faulty. In the event of approved complaints, Bientôt will cover any additional costs. The Consumer Purchase Act is followed. Complaints must be made when the fault is discovered and you may need to show that the fault is not due to improper use.

9. EXCHANGE OF GOODS

We do not exchange goods. If you want to exchange, you can easily do so in the store at Kungstensgatan 31. If you are unable to do so, the alternative is to make a return and place a new order.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of force majeure, our obligations are postponed. Both the customer and Bientôt have the right to cancel the agreement without the obligation to pay damages or fulfill obligations. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, war, strikes, import/export bans, transportation disruptions and illness, regardless of whether it affects us or our suppliers.
